The Copenhagen-based studio Atelier Axo originally designed the Puffin table for restaurant Bobe in 2023. It was conceived around the rituals that happen at the table: a natural gathering.
Audo’s Puffin combines the grounded presence of a traditional country kitchen table with the clarity of Shaker furniture. As a result, the piece feels distinctive, but without dominating. Available in round and rectangular formats, the table adapts to different ways of gathering. The circular version creates an intimate setting, while the longer table accommodates larger groups with equal ease. Moreover, oak gives the collection its warmth and durability, with surfaces designed to develop character through everyday use.
