Ukrainian designer Aleksej Iskos created this brand-new lamp for the Scandinavian brand Muuto.
Years in the making, the design of the Calm Wall Lamp was inspired by the calming effect of nature. It’s a rare combination of atmospheric lighting and sculptural qualities. Functional, yet a true work of art. The textile surface diffuses the light, forming a gradient from its edge to the central light source. With a simple touch on the button, you can dim the light to the desired level. The matte rubber frame gives the organic whole a rather sleek finish. The lamp is available in three different sizes: with diameters of 50 cm, 68 cm, or 90 cm. And in terms of colour, there are three options as well, as the frame comes in black, grey, or orange.
