Le Fernet Monte-Carlo gives the traditional French brasserie a distinctly Monégasque twist. Designed by Rodolphe Parente, this contemporary concept combines colourful, flavourful cuisine with the authentic, lively charm of a Parisian brasserie. The interior draws inspiration from the innovation of the 1930s, the glamour of the 1970s and the boldness of the 1980s.
Le Fernet’s setting evokes intimacy through noble woods, leather and soft textiles, complemented by brass accents and carefully considered acoustics that create a lively yet effortless atmosphere. The menu is concise and constantly evolving, while signature dishes are featured as well. Expect a contemporary interpretation of classic French brasserie cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
