Swiss icon of modular furniture USM has partnered with London-based Buchanan Studio to unveil Tessellate: an 11-piece collection that combines USM’s classic Haller system with Buchanan’s signature flair. Known for its minimalist and functional designs since the 1960s, USM’s Haller system has been a staple in modern interiors. Buchanan Studio, founded by Angus and Charlotte Buchanan in 2018, provides a complementary aesthetic with its bold patterns and playful elements.
Tessellate showcases Buchanan Studio’s distinctive checkerboard design in classic USM format. The collection includes side tables, storage solutions and seating, all designed to integrate seamlessly into various interiors. A standout piece is the Bar Trolley. Designed for effortless entertaining, it features a cocktail drawer, watertight stainless steel ice bucket and marble prep surface.
